About GNetwork

What is GNetwork Club?

GNetwork Club is an events, marketplace and community platform. Hosts create events and sell tickets or collect RSVPs, members list products and services in the marketplace, and members RSVP, buy tickets and shop. GNetwork also has a mobile app for iOS and Android with a built-in wallet, chat and ticket scanning.

How much does GNetwork cost?

There are no subscriptions or contracts. Free RSVP events cost $0. GNetwork charges a platform fee on paid transactions, based on your total purchase and sale volume: 10% below $10,000, then 8%, 7%, 6% and 5% as your volume grows. The Fees page shows every tier.

Can I earn money by sharing GNetwork events?

Yes. Every event and product has a Share button that gives you a personal referral link. When someone joins GNetwork through your link, they stay connected to you, and the Promote Events and Get Paid guide says you earn a 5% commission on tickets they buy. Your dashboard shows who joined and what you earned.

For attendees

Will an event show the right time for where I live?

Yes. Hosts set a start and end date plus a time zone when they create an event, and GNetwork shows times in each guest’s own time zone, so out-of-town guests see the correct start time. Event pages also offer an Add to calendar option and a one-click Copy address button.

Why can’t I see the full street address of an event?

Hosts can choose Hide Street Address, which keeps the exact street address off the public event page. The city, state and ZIP code still show, and people who RSVP or buy a ticket get the full address on their ticket receipt and in their emails.

How do tickets work at the door?

Your ticket has a QR code. Door staff scan it in the GNetwork mobile app to mark you as arrived. If your phone is dead or the QR code will not scan, staff can look you up on the guest list by name and check you in manually. You can also add a ticket to Apple Wallet like a boarding pass.

What is the difference between Sell Tickets and RSVP Only?

Sell Tickets is for paid events, with ticket tiers, VIP or early-bird pricing, quantity limits and coupons. RSVP Only is for free events where people reserve a spot, and you can set a maximum number of attendees or leave it unlimited. The type is locked once you save the event, so create a new event if you need to switch.

Can I offer multiple ticket types and discount codes?

Yes. On a ticketed event you can create as many ticket tiers as you like, each with its own name, price and quantity, or unlimited quantity. A tier can even be priced at $0. Coupons can be a percent or fixed amount off, with an expiry date and total or per-guest usage limits.

How do I run check-in without giving staff my account?

Use Doorman Mode. In My Events, click the Doorman button to create a PIN for that event and share it with your door staff. They tap Login as Doorman in the GNetwork mobile app, enter the PIN and can scan tickets, see the guest list and look up orders for that one event only. Recreate the PIN to lock access.

Wallet and payouts

What is the GNetwork Wallet (GWallet)?

The GWallet is the money side of the GNetwork mobile app. It holds your earnings and tracks an Available Balance you can spend, send or withdraw, and an Incoming Balance that has not cleared yet. You can deposit funds, transfer money to another member, send an invoice request, and withdraw earnings to a bank account.

How do I withdraw my earnings?

In the mobile app, open Wallet, tap Withdraw, and connect a bank account securely with Plaid. The minimum withdrawal is $100 and you cannot withdraw more than your available balance. GNetwork reviews each request, and once it is approved you can expect the payout in your bank account within 2–3 business days.

Is my GWallet balance insured like a bank account?

No. The GWallet is a digital balance for use inside GNetwork and is not an FDIC-insured bank account. GNetwork suggests treating it like a prepaid balance: keep only what you plan to use or send, and withdraw earnings to your bank regularly. Your balance is tied to your account, not your phone.
